If you give consent for your child to record their eLesson via the conferencing facility, please complete the form below. 
    By ticking the consent box below, I give permission for my child to record eLessons with Philip Anderson.

    I understand these recordings must not be shared or posted to social media, will be used only for a specific learning goal and will be securely deleted as soon as those learning goals are met.
